Player Expectations

BE THERE! Attendance is crucial for player and team development. If a player knows they will be missing a practice or tournament, let the coach know ASAP. Coach contact information is on your team page roster.

BE PURPOSEFUL! We expect that the goal of each player is to improve her individual and team skills as much as possible.

BE SUPPORTIVE! We believe that teamwork is critical to our success. Encouragement and support are vital in developing teamwork.

BE COACHABLE! We have coaches that have a passion for volleyball and for young athletes. Be willing and open to their suggestions on how to improve.

BE RESPONSIBLE! From arriving on time, remembering uniforms and kneepads, behaving appropriately at tournaments, to communicating with coaches and players about conflicts, do your best to do what is expected.

BE COMPETITIVE! We believe competition challenges us to grow. Our goal is to try and meet the challenges we face in competition and through this process grow as individuals and teams.
